Summary of This Week's Accomplishments
The week has been very eventful. Major milestones have been completed: • The Steeple has been removed from the property. • The Northwest School Room has been completely opened, most of the debris removed. • The Southeast wall of the Martha Murray Building has been opened where it used to look like a curved wall. • The East wall of the Martha Murray Building has had its face taken off and now no danger of collapse. • Most of the interior of the Martha Murray building has been demoed. • The Kitchen in the Martha Murray building is an example of dangerous. The tornado decided to throw everything inside and move everything together. It was a dangerous puzzle to take apart. To accomplish this work, it took a lot of careful planning to make sure no one was injured in anyway as much of this was very dangerous. Goals for the Upcoming Week We will continue the interior work and exterior work from east to west on the entire parts that we have access. It is moving quickly but as planned. Important Notes and Reminders You will see in the few photos that I could send with this report, a picture of our Team. We have two that are missing which also play a big role. Our team has worked extremely hard and effective every day. I am personally proud of their consistency every day. In addition, the east and south walls that are now open because they needed to have the brick removed will be partly covered to keep weather, animals and people out during the planning phase and start building phase. We do not need those walls to be straight right now but safe. They were not safe but are now. We are moving into the bad weather time of the year. And we need to keep only the people who belong in the building to be able to go in. |

Summary of This Week's Accomplishments
We have completed the obvious work but as of Friday this week except for the removal of debris that are in piles west of the Northwest School rooms that we have demolished, and dumpsters being swapped out on both North and South sides of the East end of the property. Goals for the Upcoming Week We are going to focus on the exterior masonry demolition and the small porch(s) removals that Curtis Doss recommended us to remove. The pictures show that the building is wide open and we want to get it closed in with permanent final walls, roof and finishes. If we can get that plan started next week then we will be able to stay focused for the next weeks prior to the rainy season if at all possible. |

Summary of This Week's Accomplishments
This week has been completing the cleanup and preparing for the next phase. We have prepared the facilities for the insurance company and any other party that needs to inspect or understand the full nature of the damage to all of the buildings. Much of the damage that could not been seen or really understood was because it was either too dangerous to enter the facilities or it was hidden behind other debris. It is wide open now. Goals for the Upcoming Week We are limited at this point to move much further without specific instructions and authority. We all are meeting early next week to go over where we are and what could be next. |
